Marine Corps Cpl. Todd Nicely is one of three surviving quadruple amputees from both wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. In March 2010, Nicely lost both arms and legs when he stepped on an IED while crossing a bridge in the Helmand province in southern Afghanistan.
