Dah Fuzz
Coming out of the store the other day and noticed this blue-coat writing a ticket on a car so I walk up to him and ask him what he's doin. He says that the cars parked accross two spaces. Blue-coat says he's just doin his job and I call him a dick.
He says that the tail light is broken so the cop pulls the book out and starts writin again and I get ticked and raise my voice, pleading with him to give this old gimpy vet a break and he slaps the second ticket on the windshield and I get down and get on with explicatives deleted. Out comes the book again and blue-coat starts writing a ticket for worn tires, sticks it on the windshield and walks away. I turned around and walked accross the next lane to the van and got in thinking it deserves the driver of that car right fer haven that "Hillary in '08" sticker on the back bumper.

Is this a true story?
Yours?
Or, someone elses? They say the truth is stranger than fiction, sometimes (As to bald tires, I wish the rental company had been ticketed for having bald tires ... the day I couldn't fly between Anchorage and Valdez in the winter ... planes weren't flying because of high winds. Rental car had 40,000 miles on summer tires ... and the car ended up getting blown off the road. That's what I got for going the speed limit in a wind tunnel on an icy, winter, Alaskan highway. Could have died; and my mom with me. I will NEVER do that again. Planes don't fly? I'm staying put!) Looks like this is someone else's 'true story' |
