Check out these photos of hurrican in AL
Who would stand out there and take these excellent but scary pictures - I would have been movin and shaken on down the road.

Boats...hate to do this, but those are not pictures of the hurricane, they are pictures from supercell thunderstorms over western Oklahoma. Have had copies of them on my computer for about two years.
Having said all of that, and lived though many tonado and bad, bad thunderstorms, I can not imagine riding out a hurricane. Not sure if I should admire or fear the people who chose to stay after eveacuation orders have been given. Trav

Hurricane
Geez, mother nature can be real mean at times. Was that a tornado I saw forming with the funnel cloud.

I just got these photo's and they were titled Hurricane photo's taken in AL - who am I to say otherwise. Still they are very scary and packing one hell of a whallop! Thanks for the update I just thought you guys would like to see them.

Boats...They are great photos, thanks for sharing. No doubt you got them as stated, but someone, somewhere is making money selling them as hurricane photos.
I have been a weather buff for years. Have hundreds of pictures of weather and weather related facts & figures stored on the pc. Even tried to go to school for it in the Army, they claimed I was hurt to bad and could never sit behind a desk and guess at the weather, so they retired me out and pay me to do nothing. Crying shame when a man wants to work and they will not let you, more government thinking at work there. Trav

I got one I just have to post but I don't know how to do it without starting a new thread. I took this picture myself last year and the clouds were really weird. Can you tell me how to attach a picture on a thread already in progress. Then you can tell me about it - Thanks

Just go to the last post in the thread and in the lower right hand corner hit "post reply". the screen will change to look like a new thread posting. Just add whatever you like. You add photos just like you do for a new thread and it will be posted under this one.
