Exclamation Six Decades After Nuremburg!

With the United States still refusing to join the World Court (and rightfully so in my opinion), one has to ask a critical question: ?Why have we not pursued (on our own), those who engaged in experimentation (or Domestic Atrocities if you prefer) upon unwitting U.S. military personnel during the Cold War??

And for the record, a lot of this "Experimental Insanity" was undertaken without either the knowledge or consent of the victims, many of them in uniform! And this regimen of atrocity (opinion) was gleefully engaged in by internationally-known corporations, medical facilities, military organizations, etc! (ref: Letter from Fort Sam Houston, dated August 1997, sent out under Presidential order and presented on line previously.)

The law specifically dictates that any experimentation conducted upon human beings in the military must be done with the "Informed Consent" of the individual in question! According to the government and military?s own documents, however, this "Informed Consent" was never given in many cases! Rather, surreptitious and dangerous experiments were performed in direct violation to the government, military and intelligence community?s own guidelines!

Part of the action taken at Nuremberg was listed as being for ?Crimes Against Humanity!? Is it not still a crime against said humanity to take healthy young military men and experiment upon them without either their knowledge or their consent, as covered in DAIG-IN 21-75, COS 385 and the Church Senate Report on experimentation of 1977?

According to what I have read, a new Bill (HR 4259, The Veterans Right To Know Act, sponsored by California Congressman Mike Thompson) would finally rectify this injustice - part of the reason for this proposed legislation was Project 112, and in particular Shad.

We can only hope, however, that all such experimentation upon unwitting, non-volunteers in uniform, would be covered by this Bill? This would, I trust, include not only Shad, but also every other such manically tragic incident, including MK ULTRA etc! "But then the truth may not set all of these vultures free, not from final retribution in any case?"

There are, however, many powerful and well-placed individuals and organizations who may attempt to oppose this act, as it might expose their (or their cohorts') own vile dealings and/or complicity in these (and many other) experimentation projects! After all, these people would not want to be remembered by history in the same breath as Mengele, Bormann, or Eichmann, as many of them (again in my opinion) cared not for their victims, but rather embraced fame and fortune, not to mention the acceptance of their vicious peers. "And what they fear the most is exposure for what they really are!!"
