![]() Enron Exec$ AMATEUR$ & PIKER$
(February 3, 2006) Actually, it was way-back-when with Lyndon Johnson and Democrats that Americans in authority first started despicably finagling, gleaning and insider profiting from the mismanagement of vast amounts of workers' savings, accrued for retirement purposes. Such a corporate greed (Government is largest corporation in America.) was displayed when The Social Security Fund was lordly diverted from its initial fund status, and into The General Fund. Was no doubt done for easier political access to same personal savings. Didn't seem mattering that The General Fund is where all American Tax Revenues are collected, held and dispersed as needed for funding all governmental agencies, programs, policies, and/or basically the governing of America? Nor, that never before had personal savings by The Citizenry been thrown-in or mixed into the largest political trough on earth? Guess that Socialists or Democrats know what's best for The American People? Or,...at least actually believe their own bull? Regardless, and what's further unfortunate for America's retirees and most all future retirees, is that now apparently even President Bush has been politically duped or sucked-into believing the absurd. Such being that big brother government even knows best how to handle and disperse all privately saved and accrued for retirement account monies. Truly amazing,...since not very democratic at all. Actually, such is truly quite socialistic,...no ifs, ands or buts. Have any doubts thus far, about what's been stated here? Well then, just think back to the recent State of The Union Address. One of the points The Prez brought up was the quite common, longtime repeated and echoed political mantra that: "Social Security, Medicare" and now even absurdly; "Medicaid" desperately need; "Fixing". Plus, and if all not: "Fixed" fairly soon, the delay would cost The American Taxpayer vast sums in the near future. WOW!!!,...what utter nonsense! Yeah, sure? Well, that's just not so (if honest?), and just like mixing apples and oranges or trying to mix oil with water. Personal S.S. Savings are Personal S.S. Savings and Tax Revenues are Tax Revenues,...and that's that. Both should never be lumped together,...EVEN BY POLITICAL FIAT or DECREE. "Medicaid" needing: "Fixing"? Well, that's a whole different story. Medicaid is TOTALLY Public Funded by The American Taxpayer, for those in need or on Welfare, whom theoretically should be American Citizens. Such by it's very nature or ever changing needs, most always needs some adjusting, increasing and/or: "Fixing". Amount of ever increasing care for Illegals, is never known. Whereas, Medicare as part of Social Security is always personally and privately funded. Ever hear of F.I.C.A.? Also, premiums for Medicare are deducted from most all Social Security recipients/retirees choosing to avail themselves of same (The Rich don't need Medicare). If more monies are needed for Medicare (?), the monthly deductions for same are merely increased (The apparent norm, since increased EVERY YEAR.). "Theoretically" has been repeated more so sarcastically and tongue-in-cheek, since well aware of the-dirty-little-secret that MANY foreigners have availed themselves of VAST SUMS of Social Security Monies. I must also have a better memory than most, and especially regarding legalized political travesties being perpetrated on The American People? I no doubt display a much better memory of such than most career politicians and journalists ever do, since not one to keep shoving troubling matters under-the-rug that aren't liked and usually quite clique detrimental or clique embarassing, at best. In fact, I remember full well when: "Jimmy Who" (re. President Jimmy Carter) and Democrats unilaterally decreed gifting VAST SUMS of Social Security CONTRIBUTIONS to MANY foreigners: "NEVER HAVING PAID ONE-THIN-DIME into F.I.C.A.". Believe that such a blatantly wrong, sick and fraudulent diversion of Americans' SAVED LIFETIME FOR RETIREMENT MONIES persists and goes on to this very day. Thus, it's no wonder why Social Security ALWAYS needs political: "Fixing"? Someone has to FIX or: "Cook The Books", or at least make the numbers seem about relatively correct to The Public. And besides,...no one likes jail. I also remember when Vice President Al Gore ("Mr. Personality") cast the deciding vote for The Big Taxing Democrats of The U.S. Senate, so that from that day forward and forever after,...Social Security WOULD BE TAXED. Apparently didn't matter one iota, in that FDR (initiator of The Social Security FUND) had it written into law that: "Social Security Monies WERE NEVER TO BE TAXED". "Hey, screw Him, He's dead, and We call-the-shots NOW",...must've been echoed in some Closed Door Democrat Committee Meeting, at that time? Such would seem about right and quite logical, to me. Seem about right to anyone else? Whatever, and since all such greedy type politicians alluded to make even Enron Execs look good and quite trustworthy in comparison,...believe that such should all be renamed. Such presently named: Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senators and Congressmen don't really give a clear picture of how some such ACTUALLY act and what some of such ACTUALLY do. Whereas, if all the authoritarian and politically greedy or: "It Takes A Village" types alluded to were henceforth and more realistically called: "Socialist Lords",...EVERYONE SHOULD GET THE TRUE PICTURE. The End Neil (A quite contented retiree.) ![]() ![]() |

![]() Being that The Big Brother Socialists/Democrats are still playing
fast & loose with American Citizery's Saved for Retirement Monies, ...took this one off the back burner. Dems STILL need exposing. Also, should still realistically show just how PHONY Democrats are and have been about: "FIXING" S.S.,...and for quite some time. Believe that Willy Sutton or America's most famous bank robber could haved: "FIXED Social Security" much better than the Foreigner-Favoring Democrat$ have duplicitou$ly tried doing,... AND $TILL ARE TRYING TO DO. Neil |

![]() Rep. Alan Mollohan (D-W.Va.) was named Porker of the Month in April 2006 for abusing his position on the House Appropriations Committee by securing millions of dollars in earmarks that may have benefited him personally. The New York Times (4/08/06) detailed how Rep. Mollohan has directed $250 million to five nonprofit organizations that he set up. In response to the accusations, Rep. Mollohan surrendered his seat as ranking Democrat on the House Ethics Committee last April.
CAGW identified $480 million in pork projects added in the House or in conference committees for Rep. Mollohan's district since 1995. More than half of his earmarks have gone to the five nonprofits, most of which depend almost entirely on government funding. To run the organizations, Rep. Mollohan has recruited friends and former aides who then contribute to his political campaigns and family foundation. Businesses that are awarded contracts through the nonprofits also make campaign contributions. The National Legal and Policy Center has filed a complaint challenging the accuracy of Rep. Mollohan?s financial disclosure forms. The root question is whether a spike in Rep. Mollohan?s personal fortune had any connection to earmarks that he secured. In one example, the complaint looks at whether Rep. Mollohan properly reported 27 condominiums in Washington, D.C., co-owned with a cousin whose business once benefited from a federal contract in Rep. Mollohan?s district. On June 13, 2006, Rep. Mollohan filed two dozen corrections to his past six annual financial disclosure forms and called the errors ?unintentional.? However, the FBI is examining charges that Rep. Mollohan illegally benefited from the distribution of federal funds. The New York Times described Rep. Mollohan's network of nonprofits as ?plush.? All but one of the nonprofits? chief executives makes a salary that outpaced the $98,456 national average for nonprofit heads. The Institute for Scientific Research fell into disarray after its chief executive resigned over his controversial $500,000 annual salary, paid for by federal earmarks. The institute is also using $103 million of earmarked funds to erect a lavish headquarters replete with a sauna and spa in a former cow pasture. As described by the Times, ?The 57-member staff is barely large enough to fill a corner of the 600-plus capacity of the building.? The Canaan Valley Institute, which is building a $33 million headquarters with earmarked funds, grew out of an effort to create a wildlife refuge near property that Rep. Mollohan owns. The Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call (12/8/05) detailed how Rep. Mollohan has received campaign contributions from MZM, Inc. The company?s former owner, Mitchell Wade, was at the heart of the bribery scandal that led to the resignation of former Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham (R-Calif.). Rep. Mollohan was quoted in the article as saying, ?All I care about is supporting companies and [federal] programs that companies are doing in my Congressional district.? West Virginia ranked fourth in pork per capita in CAGW?s 2006 Congressional Pig Book, which identified 9,963 pork projects costing a record $29 billion in the 11 appropriations bills for fiscal 2006. Rep. Mollohan received CAGW's "Molehill into a Mountain" Oinker Award for his $2.2 million in appropriations for the MountainMade Foundation, which promotes West Virginia arts and crafts on the Internet. Rep. Mollohan remains committed to his porcine ways. Asked if he was going to change the way in which he directs federal tax dollars to the five nonprofit groups, Mollohan said he is ?not going to change a bit . . . The real sentiment in Congress is to support the power of the purse. It?s the principal tool by which it achieves a balance of power with the executive and judicial branches. How else would members with water, sewer or street-paving projects, or with specific projects like the renovation of a senior center, get funds if they aren?t able to earmark funds?" (The Times West Virginian, 11/8/06). The answer, of course, is that such projects are properly the domain of the private sector, nonprofit groups, and state and local governments. Furthermore, CAGW has thoroughly debunked the ?power of the purse? defense of earmarking as historically and constitutionally inaccurate. Rep. Mollohan also resisted efforts to make the budget process more transparent and accountable. On December 8, 2006, he helped to defeat legislation (H.R. 6375) that would have required the Secretary of Defense to grade congressional earmarks with an annual report card. Such a tool would help the public to determine whether pork projects are essential for national security or a wasteful diversion of defense dollars. On September 14, 2006, Rep. Mollohan voted against an internal rule change (H. Res. 1000) that requires some earmarks and their sponsors to be identified in spending, tax, and authorization bills. That resolution passed by a vote of 245-171. Rep. Mollohan is Exhibit A in an appropriations process that is soaked with conflicts of interest and lends itself to abuse. For directing earmarks to wasteful projects that have the effect of swelling his campaign coffers and possibly his personal wealth, for pledging to continue his pork addiction in the face of national scrutiny and an FBI investigation, and for opposing earmark reforms, Rep. Alan Mollohan is a nominee for CAGW's 2006 Porker of the Year.

![]() Damn, Brice,...and you've zeroed-in on ONLY ONE DEM career-THIEF,
cavalierly (the norm) diverting large sums of Public's Money and/or Tax Revenues... FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY & FRIENDS' GREAT ENRICHMENT. Can't even imagine what rest of Big Brother Democrats have planned for the vast F.I.C.A. AMOUNT$$$$$$ now in TOTAL CONTROL OF? So then, guess it fair saying that MANY MORE Illegal Aliens in America will become just as content as the MANY MILLIONS of previous Criminally Illegal Aliens have already become, due largely to the great generosity of The American Worker/Taxpayer,...through both their Withheld Taxes and CONTRIBUTED HALF (employer contributes other half) Savings for Retirement and/or Social Security Monies? Whatever, just when-the-hell do The American Citizen/Worker/Taxpayer ever get treated...SIMILARLY & NICELY and/or SO-DAMN-WELL as MILLIONS of CRIMINALLY ILLEGAL ALIENS are??????????????? Believe such a fair enough question asking? Neil |
