Arrest the players and the trainers and the Commisoner and the managers and the owners and the drug dealers. I need to be selling steroids to ball players. seems to be ok to police around the country. I know that street cops can't do anything unless they see a crime or one has been reported or a complaint filed but there are units withing PDs that do handle this, I beleive there called Drug enforcement.
