Oil Industry Unapologetic for High Profits!!

Thank God for small favors - at least an element of the treacherous oil industry didn?t sell out to a Communist Chinese backed corporation! This, however, does precious damn little to justify the ?Robber Barron Attitude?, or the conscienceless rape of the legal citizens of United States at the pumps. As a matter of fact, one consumer that I ran into said that these oil pariahs should be taken out and hung like dogs? An opinion that, as gas prices continue to rise, is being shared by more and more people!

Everyone in the oil industry is (and has) been blaming everyone else for these daily price increases. Gas line leaks, the Arabs, additives, etc. But when the government (our government) contends that there is nothing that they can do about it, then I say BULL SHIT! If our current government is that indigent (and I doubt it), then it is time for mass impeachments and the legal election of a new government! ?Even Teddy Roosevelt, in the early years of the 20th Century realized that enough was enough and busted the trusts before they busted the country!? But then men like the Old Rough Rider are in short supply in government these days!!

If an army of illegals, bleeding hearts and their turncoat supporters, can bring the nation to a screeching halt as they are threatening to do on Monday (May 1, 2006), then why (I ask you) can not we, as a united nation, do the same thing to the oil industry! It will hurt, granted, but sometimes a little economic pain is necessary to take down a malignant and self-serving ogre!

What would happen if everyone just refused to do anything, buy anything, or perform any task or labor for one day a week. No gas or oil is sold, no commodities are vended, and no trucks roll (just a hypothetical question)? How long would those who now profit from our pain and suffering hold out?

With out National Anthem now being altered and sung in Mexican, our people being brutalized by the oil industry, our borders being obliterated, major politicos being dethroned by virtue of their own endless greed, future wars already in the planning stages, and foreign entities attempting to buy out critical portions of our economy (i.e. Oil Companies, Ports etc), how long can we survive as an independent, sovereign, economically viable nation?

If these are, as is being claimed, honest attempts at (so-called) globalization (and I doubt it), then that is one thing. But what is currently taking place is more acid than panacea. An acid that can (and will) erode and dissolve all that we have stood for some 230 years! What will you be leaving to your children as their heritage?

We are not some international grab bag, police force to the world, or eternal sucker. Those who reside here legally are Americans and not hyphenated Americans. We are not a free candy store, and those who wish to champion the rights of foreign nations should do so in those foreign nations and not here upon our shores!

?These are again, but my opinions!?

VERITAS
