Love these pics, you can just picture yourself watching the sunset and being at peace.

Excellent Mel, you really have an eye for things. This one seems like the old saying, ?Red sky in the morning, Sailor take warning, red sky at night, a Sailor?s delight?.

The silhouette of the brush is like a natural framing, excellent work, and a very good camera lens to go with the eye. Have you studied the B/W photo work of Ansel Adams? He used shadows and silhouettes a lot, a true master at it.

Thanks guys. It was a great sunset. I have a hard time in summer finding really great sunsets. Winter and fall seem to be the best so I was lucky to get this one.



I got a Nikon coolpix S4. Has allot of different settings for different events. Have only been able to try out a few so far though
