House and Senate bills

I beleive there should only be one item on a bill. The house has just passed a bill that would secure borders, build a fence, and provide guess workers.
This pretty much sucks.
There should be only one thing at a time.
Secure the border.
a. build a fence
b. hire more police
c. charge Mexico for the cost.
Build a Fence
a. how long, how high
b. who pays
c. what type
