Anyone that Has been in a war, has seen boots next to a rifle w/helmet. Its a touching sean, but is the same in all wars.
If you look at the video it could apply to any of the 58,000 that died in VN. Although its touching, its just One of many. and the many deserve the recognition just as this ONE.

Cool Thanks For Sharing DMZ-LT:

This post was really an emotional one DMZ-LT. I will have to check the air filters on my Air Conditioning System today as the Sandstorms are starting with a vengeance. I can hardly see the keyboard due to the sudden irritation.

You placed this post in just the right spot DMZ-LT. 39mto39g was right on the money when he stated that this post could just as easily be applied to the 58,000+ men and women who's names are etched into that huge Black Granite Memorial in Washington D.C.

Thanks again for sharing Brother. As always WELCOME HOME:

To all the rest of my Vietnam Veteran Brothers and Sisters I again offer you all a huge heart felt WELCOME HOME as well:

That seen has been repeated since 1917 for 89 years now. As they song goes "when will they ever learn, when will they ever learn". Don't think any politican in any country has ever learned.
