Psyco Vets Invade The Biltmore
Deb and I are getting packed up and headed for the AIRBORNE MUSEUM in FayetteNam, NC. From there we will be staying Friday Night with Pighumper and Sallie. Saturday the four of us head for Asheville, NC to meet with Doc Fred and Shirley for a stay in the mountains. At the hotel, when making the reservations, the owner asked if we were bikers. I said, "No, nothing that dramatic, we're just Psyco Vets". Talk about a "pregnant pause" on his part.
Let the games begin! See y'all on Tuesday. Pack and Deb

Larry,
Glad to hear you had a visit with your Mom with her consious,at least a little bit, helps. I hadn't been to Pope Air Force Base(Fayetville,NC) in a long time. But I can remember that July and August are bad times of the year to be on the Flight line ,too many lightning strikes. With Cells within 5 miles they shut down operations on the Flight line. But, I enjoyed the Food and all the sweet tea I could drink while I was there TDY. When I lived in Tacoma ,Wa they didn't know what Sweet Tea is! We pray your Moms days are peaceful and she is comfortable while she is there.

Sweet tea is the table wine of the South. The Biltmore House is the largest privately owned house in the USA. Better have your hiking boots on. The leaves are barely changing here in the bottomlands but should be pretty good up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We shall see.
