Default US Military SHOT card

My 3 year enlistment was coming to an end and I had been "Overseas" two times. I had two shot cards, One full and one about 1/2 full.
It started At Fort Knox where I arrived and stood on those two yellow foot prints after getting off the bus. In civilian cloths a sgt took a group of us to a building where we could send home everything we brought with us, except toothbrush and razor. Then to a different building where we got our uniforms and duffel bag, On the way to our barracks we stopped off at a building and were taken in single file, once in we seen two rows of guys standing there with what looked like paint sprayers in there hand. I walked up to the two rows and was greeted with a handful of cotton dipped in alcohol and wiped down both arms.
The guys on both sides then proceeded to put there spray guns against my arm and pull there triggers as I walked along there assembly line. I'm not sure how many shots I received in that short walk but in had to of been at least 8. Some guys just passed out at the end of the line.
Then it was off to basic training and while there more shots, each time the shot would be recorded on the shot card , When you go overseas you get some special shots for that region along with any shots that may have been added to the Army's list of "have to have" shots.
The one that stood out was the shot for "Black Plaque"
Do you believe that?

The shot card.

Ron

I also have two shot cards. It's good to keep them I found out. When I travel aboard I don't have to have all the shots - maybe only some boosters. I can recall the plague shots and the hepatitis series the most. I think the tetnus hurt the most. I also recall when shots were being issued they were behind the pay table so if you didn't get your shots you didn't get paid.
