There was a very famous newspaper-like leaflet dropped over Germany by the RAF. It was called Luftpost. In nearly every paper was at least one cartoon. This cartoon is taken from a July 1941 number and depicts Hitler as a leader that does not care about his soldiers because they are the only thing not on ration.
