This is an allied repro of an official German poster about safety at work. The allied did put some extra sentences in between the original text. The extra text calls for sabotage at work. For instance, under point 7, it is originally said that one should not neglect small wounds. The extra texts says: Go immediatly to a doctor and say that you are ill, spare yourself as much as you can. So this is a kind of malingering instruction.
