Aviation Ordnancemen move three Guided Bomb Units (GBU 35s) to the Bomb Farm after removing them from an F/A-18C Hornet. The Bom Farm on an aircraft carrier is the part of the flight deck on the outboard side of the island. GBUs are also called Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAMs). Abraham Lincoln is on a regularly scheduled six-month deployment conducting combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Southern Watch.
