The Plane Captain gives a ?reverse? command to a pilot as he guides his EP-3E Aries II. The aircraft, assigned to the "World Watchers" of Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron One (VQ-1), provides fleet and theater commanders worldwide with near real-time tactical signals intelligence.
