Landing Craft Air Cushion Six Nine (LCAC-69) assigned to Assault Craft Unit Four (ACU-4) makes its final approach to come aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Saipan during Type Commander Amphibious Training (TCAT) exercises off the coast of North Carolina. The Navy-Marine Corps Expeditionary Forces are powerful instruments of national policy and provide the National Command Authority with a multitude of diplomatic and military options to support U.S. foreign policy initiatives.
