The elevator opening in the hangar bay frames the guided missile frigate USS Ingraham (FFG 61) on the starboard side of the Carl Vinson during an early morning replenishment at sea (RAS). Both ships are currently underway off the south western coast of California conducting training in preparation for their next regular scheduled deployment.
