Senior Chief Equipment Operator Derrick Fowler (left) and Senior Chief Equipment Operator Daniel Fowler were both promoted to the rank of senior chief on the same day. Derrick is assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seven (NMCB-7) in Guantanamo Bay, and Daniel is assigned to Second Naval Construction Brigade in Norfolk, VA.
