Ordnance handlers move a 2,000-pound bomb on the USS Constellation on Thursday in the Persian Gulf. Ordnance assembly has tripled on the Constellation since President Bush's address, and Rear Adm. Barry Costello, the commander of the carrier's battle group, said: "The massive air attack plan has not yet commenced."
