An EA-6B Prowler from the "Shadowhawks" of Electronic Attack Squadron One Four One (VAQ-141) is placed "in tension" on one of the catapults of USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). The aircraft is in tension when the shuttle of the catapult is pulling against a hold-back bar keeping the plane from moving. It is the final step prior to launch.
