Nah....he didn't have to steal it. The Democratic candidate just wasn't fit to be CINC. Would you have voted for Jane Fonda? Kerry wasn't much different from her. He committed treason just like she did. He wasn't prosecuted because he had a "Godfather" in Teddy Kennedy and the Democrats were in power in the congress.
He also didn't have an honest face, and got caught in so many lies during his campaign that anyone with more than 2 brain cells voted to keep him out of the White House.
