Secretary of the Army Thomas E. White and Lt. Gen. (ret.) Julius Becton, former V Corps commanding general and Korean War veteran, place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns Monday in honor of the African American soldiers who served during the Korean War. The ceremony was immediately followed by a tree and plaque dedication in Arlington National Cemetery honoring the service members who died 50 years ago in the Korean War. U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
