Operation Saloon (14 January 2004)

Task Force All-American initiated Operation Saloon in the Al-Anbar province and captured a high-ranking former Iraqi Officer. General Mamoud Khudair Younes was taken into custody and had been linked to the downing of the UH-60A Air Ambulance helicopter on January 8, 2004. He was a former Iraqi Intelligence officer in the Al-Anbar province.
