If it doesn't make HEADLINES they won't put it on the news or print it. What's headlines about people not living in fear?

"If it bleeds it leads."

As for fear, in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and as remote a place as once peaceful Bali, since 9/11 millions fear the terrorists more than they did. Who is not living in fear?

Then there is North Korea and Iran, we fear their political and military stance.

Never in our nation's history have so many feared the actions of so few. A $450+ billion defense/homeland security budget is a response to the fear of the belligerent attitudes of others. For an examination of the response at sea, look at http://www.patriotfiles.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38585.

Now I am Brit, and Iwatch a number of different Countries News Channels. Watching the ones from America I find that they will only report the news that affects America. Well thats fine as far as it goes, but some thing may and does happen that does not affect America at this moment in time but could have a huge knock on effect in the future and it is ignored.
